Praying Mantis – a lesson from lesser creations

Praying Mantis

There is a salient but silent lesson I learnt while shooting and researching about a Praying Mantis.
It is a sit-and-wait predator i.e. it will stay in one place and scan the environment for potential prey. When it spots a prey, some species will actively walk seductively or sometimes parasitically towards it to catch it. Other species will continue to wait until the prey is close enough to be caught.

Gleanings: What works for you might not necessarily work for me. We all have our special route and natures in life.
